BRICK Academy Lottery Day Setup

The lottery will take place on Tuesday, April 7th at 9:15 AM at the READY offices located at 250 East Main Street, Suite 2500. I would recommend we all meet around 8:30 am to ensure that we are all set up and ready to go.

Families will be invited to attend to view the lottery process and see if their student are being offered a seat. Please remember that while families may see the lottery results during the event, all official correspondence regarding lottery results will be sent out on April 8th (either electronic or via telephone).

We are looking forward to celebrating families as their children become part of the inaugural opening of BRICK Academy. After results are released, families will need to accept their seat through Avela or accept their seat with BRICK staff directly (confirming with GoodSchools Roc), and our team will support families through that process.

Please make sure all materials, space setup, and staff assignments are prepared prior to the start time (I know Lovely wants Frank to create a flyer). Please let me know if I am missing anything. Thank you
